PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can effectively prevent a fraudulent act. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has an oscillation detection means 777 which detects oscillation produced in the pinball game machine, a fraudulent oscillation determination means 420 which determines whether oscillation is fraudulent, which a player gives intentionally, in order to make a game ball entering the inside of a variable winning apparatus 420 enter the specific winning area based on the oscillation detected by the oscillation detection means, and an fraudulence notifying means 329 which reports to the outside purport that the fraudulent act is performed when the fraudulent oscillation determination means determines that the oscillation is fraudulent, and the fraudulent oscillation determination means determines that the oscillation is fraudulent when one of the conditions that oscillation reaching or exceeding a predetermined level is detected by the oscillation detection means for the first predetermined time or more and that the oscillation reaching or exceeding the predetermined level is detected specified times or more by the oscillation detection means within the second prescribed time is satisfied.
