PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental test device capable of positioning and fixing a workpiece which is placed on and conveyed by a workpiece conveying pallet at the test position. SOLUTION: A workpiece is pressed against and fixed on a workpiece conveying pallet 20, and a workpiece holding member 30 is pressed against and fixed to a positioning plate 22 by the spring force. When the workpiece is conveyed to the test position 12, a workpiece positioning mechanism 50 inserts pallet positioning pins 55, 56 in pallet positioning through holes 21b, 21c to position the workpiece conveying pallet 20. Further, a workpiece holding member positioning pin 57 is inserted in a workpiece holding member positioning through hole 32a to position the workpiece holding member 30. As a result, the workpiece is reliably positioned at and fixed to the positioning plate 22 by the workpiece holding member 30 irrespective of the pressing condition by the spring force.
