<p>Apparatus (100) for producing a liquid- or paste-form filler, by mixing binder (A) and hardener (B) in a rotor-stator mixer (1), has a filling head (104), storage vessels (90, 91, 92, 92') for (A) and (B), three drives (102, 250, 270) and a controller (280), such that preliminary and post-charges of (B) can be delivered, before and after delivering (A) and the main charge of (B). Apparatus (100) is claimed for producing a ready-for-use filler in liquid or paste form, by mixing binder (A) and hardener (B) in a mixer (1) with an annular mixing chamber between a rotor and a surrounding hollow cylindrical stator, has a supporting base (101) with a supporting plate (104') forming a filling head (104) for receiving a storage vessel (90) for (A) and three storage vessels (91, 92, 92') for portions of (B). A first drive (102) second and third drives (102, 250, 280) are provided for a hydraulic cylinder for the (A) storage vessel plus two of the (B) storage vessels; a second drive (250) for the mixer; and a third drive (270) for a toothed piston rod (112) are provided. The third drive (270) allows the (B) component from the vessel (92') to be supplied to the mixer independently of all other functions. The drives are connected to a controller (280) for supplying the mixer with a preliminary charge of (B) for 1 second, before supply of (A) and the main part of (B), and with a post-charge of further (B) for 1 second after supply of (A) and the main part of (B).</p> |
