The device (3) has an apron (5) whose lateral ends (11, 11') are displaced inside lateral slides (10, 10'). A locking unit (12) has a bolt associated to the apron and is adapted to locking and unlocking positions. The unit (12) has a stop associated to the slide, where the stop cooperates with the bolt in locking position. The bolt is rotative and is integrated to the apron by rotational mounting unit that mounts the bolt between the locking and unlocking positions. The unit (12) has a control unit that controls rotation of bolt from unlocking to locking positions.
