The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and can be used for endoscopic treatment of destructive acute pancreatitis. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the fibrogastroendoscopy, it is determined the state of VaterÆs ampulla, of biliary tracts and of WirsungÆs duct. It is carried out the endoscopic papillosphincterotomy, drainage of WirsungÆs duct, it is determined the place of maximum prominence of retrogastric formation, it is made puncture thereof in the indicated place, afterwards the given access is dilated up to 1,5à2,0 cm. There is removed through it the abscess content, it is carried out sanation and internabl, external or combined drainage thereof. Then it is introduced a probe for decompression and a probe placed behind the duodenojejunal flexure for alimentation of patient, and in 8à10 days through the formed access it is removed the sequestrum.
