METHOD FOR PROVING TRANSFERRIN RECEPTORS ON ACTIVATED AND NONDIFFERENTIATED LYMPHOCYTES

The method is used in laboratory diagnostics for proving any abnormally activated or immature lymphocytes. By a thechnically simplified and easy to perform method it can quickly prove or reject the availability of transferrin receptors on the membranes of T-lymphocytes thus proving or rejecting the mitogenetic stimulation or non-differentiation of the cells. The method includes mixing of equal volumes of lymphocyte suspension and nutrient containing transferrin, and incubation of the mixture, after that the method of rosette formation is applied.
