Magnetic lancet device represents a medical device wherein positioned, during the process of application, is a lancet (7), which by means of a reactive principle of operating, achieved by application of a permanent magnet (9), set in the subassembly of a contact bushing (6) along with its coaxial moving in comparison to a subassembly of the front bushing (5), is in use when pricking the patient's finger to obtain some amount of blood intended for diagnostic purpose. As a difference from lancet apparatus from the existing state-of-art, which in its mechanisms uses springs and parts with function of a releaser, characteristic to unreliable effect due to wearing out during use, the invention according to this patent application, for activation of the process of pricking the lancet into the tissue (most favorably a finger) uses no braking elements, hence not even a spring as a lancet thruster, but the breaking function is achieved in attracting forces of an annular permanent magnet (9) toward the activating ring (12) wherefrom at a given moment of use, by application of a principle of action and reaction, it is instantly separated thus enabling pricking by means of the lancet (7).
