<p>PURPOSE:To remove an obstruction wide pulse signal by preventing the disappearance of a superposed objective signal by comparing the max. value of the residual signals from which the max. value in a moving window is removed and the average value thereof to detect the obstruction wide pulse and removing the same only at the time of detection. CONSTITUTION:The receiving input pulse of a radar apparatus is inputted to each stage of a shift register 5 and the max. value and the next max. value in a moving window are detected by a max. value detector 6. On the other hand, the content in each stage of the register 5 is treated with an adder 7, a max. value substractor 8a and a multiplier 9b for multiplying division coefficient and the average value of residual signals, from which the max. value is removed, is calculated. This average value is compared with a value obtained by multiplying the next max. value by predetermined coefficient and, when the average value is larger, the presence of an obstruction wide pulse is judged and a comparator 10 generates a high level signal. By this method, the average value corresponding to the obstruction pulse of a sample hold circuit 12 is subjected to subtraction treatment from the output of the shift register 5 through a trigger generating circuit 11 and, only when an obstruction wide pulse is present, said pulse is removed without eliminating an objective pulse.</p> |
