FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: system of attaching air distributing pipes to aeration tank bottom 2 consists of anchor bolt 3, bearing post 4, fastening polymer clamp 5 and locking element 6. Polymer bearing post 4 is furnished, in its lower part, with taper bush 7 narrowing downward, and, in its upper part, with two pairs of diametrically opposite mutually perpendicular holes 9, 10. Fastening clamp 5 is fitted on air distributing pump 15 with its ends inserted in the upper part of bearing post 4 and locked by element 6. Every end of fastening clamp 5 is provided with beveled outer tenon 11 interacting with the hole of one pair of diametrically opposite holes 9, 10 of bearing post 4 and inner locking guide 12 interacting with locking element 6 passing through the other pair of holes. The size of beveled tenons 11 complies with that of holes 9 interacting with them, while the shape and size of locking element 6 comply with those of holes 10. ^ EFFECT: higher rigidity, reliable attachment of air distributing pipes to aeration tank bottom. ^ 2 dwg |
