摘要 A fluorescent BMC(Bulk Moulding Compound) tile manufacturing method is provided to let people escape by emitting the light for about 30 minutes even in a power failure state. A fluorescent BMC tile manufacturing method comprises the steps of: making a flux mixture by stirring unsaturated polyester of 14.45~19.55wt.%, liquid polystyrene of 5.65~7.65wt.%, and a hardening agent of 0.30~0.40wt.%; making a solvent mixture by stirring polystyrene powder of 1.70~2.30wt.%, polyethylene powder of 1.00~1.15wt.%, zinc stearate of 1.70~2.30wt.%, aluminum hydroxide of 47.10~60.90wt.%, pigments of 0.85~1.15wt.%, and a green fluorescent body of 3.40~4.60wt.%; making the kneaded material by stirring the flux mixture and the solvent mixture at 30~35°C for 40~50 minutes; producing kneaded BMC with fluidity by stirring glass fiber of 10.20~13.80wt.% with the kneaded material at 35°C for 5~10 minutes; forming a molded material by heating BMC in a mold and compressing the BMC for 70 seconds; and separating the molded material from the mold.
