FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to meat and cereal canned food for space feeding. Canned food production method provides for pork slicing, frying in vegetable oil and shredding, cutting and frying in small amount of melted butter. After that onion is milled and basilica greens are cut and frozen. Produced mass is cooked until double expansion is reached. Rice is also shredded and all the above ingredients are mixed with cream, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extract of biomass of the given micro mycetes type. Produced mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility properties. ^ 41 cl |
