FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: pipeline to be replaced is axially moved by a pusher-pipe on to its end face surface. The tunnel shield is used to excavate soil of this section with a simultaneous pushing the old pipe out and forming a space with diameter corresponding to the new pipe diameter.
