Heater coils 21, 22, 23 and 24 are positioned next to the elements 11 and 12, elements 13 and 14, elements 15 and 16, and elements 17 and 18, respectively. Heater coils 21-24 at electric excitation heat up mainly the next elements. Data for compensation of temperature dependent characteristic (ratio of transducer output value variation to element temperature variation) is received on the basis of element temperatures before and after heating and output values of magnetic transducer before and after heating.
