PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying pot accelerated in the quality improving efficiency of water and shortened in the time required in the purification of water. SOLUTION: Water is poured in a water purifier main body 2 to be temporarily stored in the upper side space of a water purifying unit 3. Since the height of the water level in the water purifier main body 2 is higher than that in the water purifying unit 3, water flows through a third flow channel 23 as a descending flow by head pressure difference to reach a second flow channel 22 through the gap between the lower end of an outside cylindrical member 15 and the bottom surface of the water purifier main body 2 and the water entering the second flow channel 22 reaches a first flow channel as a rising flow through the gap 18 between a common lid member 17 and an inside cylindrical member 14 to make the water entering the first flow channel fall into the water purifier main body 2 as a falling flow and comes into contact with the purifying material arranged in the flow channels to be purified.
