PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar apparatus which has good spectroscopic efficiency and excellent detection performance. SOLUTION: The laser radar apparatus 1 includes a laser diode 10, a photodiode 20 which detects reflected light L3, a mirror 30 equipped with a reflecting surface 31 which is inclined at a predetermined angle to the optical axis of a laser beam L0, a rotating deflection unit 40 which is rotatably arranged around the center axis extended in the direction of the optical axis of the laser beam L0, and which reflects the laser beam L0 toward space by a concave mirror 41 the focal position of which is set on the center axis, and deflects the reflected light L3 toward the mirror, and a motor 50 which performs the rotational drive of the rotating deflection unit 40. The mirror 30 includes a penetrating passage 32 located in the direction which intersects the reflecting surface 31, and is configured to reflect the reflected light L3 toward the photodiode 20 by the reflecting surface 31 while passing the laser beam L0 through the penetrating passage 32.
