PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which miniaturization and lightening in weight are required for a portable human-powered generator, however, there is possibility of reducing strength when materializing the miniaturization and lightening in weight and fine manipulation are required when using the low-strength generator, therefore there are manual human-powered generators in view of dexterous hands of a natural person, however, hands and arms easily get tired when intending to obtain the sufficient amount of electricity generated because hands are dexterous but weak in comparison with foots. SOLUTION: The rotation input section of the portable human-powered generator is rationally stably brought into contact with a rear wheel by using the two-footed kickstand of a bicycle and the horizontal surface of the ground.
