PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat which can reduce a burden or stress, and aid self-supporting a person suffering backache, a person who does not have good strength in or after illness, an elderly person, or a person with physical imperfections or the like. SOLUTION: A surface 1 is made of a material (aluminum sheet) which has a water-repellent effect and reflects heat. A cushion material 2 (expanded polyethylene) is provided between the surface and non-skid rear surface. A little thickness is provided to protect against the wrinkle or sagging when the mat is used, and a user does not feel much of the wrinkle or sagging of a sheet or mattress cover under the mat.
