The arrangement has a central part (22) provided in a toothed wheel part (24) that is enclosed by an annular internally toothed wheel part (30) that is formed opposite to the wheel part (24), with a tooth. The toothed wheel part (30) is provided in a sector-like region for engagement into the toothed wheel part (24). The part (30) is formed, supported and driven in such a manner that a symmetric axis of a toothed inner shell of the part (30) makes a circular movement around a symmetric axis of a toothed outer shell of the part (24).
