<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit which achieves high-reliability failure control even during a power supply failure without complicating load-shape, and to provide a brake controller provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit is provided with a diagnostic circuit. The diagnostic circuit detects a power supply voltage of a power-supply feed circuit that feeds the power to a load driving circuit by switching between a first power supply and a second power supply.
