PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device in which noise is prevented from being transmitted while minimizing manufacturing cost by highly maintaining maintainability. SOLUTION: This power transmission device for transmitting a power from a motor to a shaft comprises a cylindrical outer member connected to one of the output shaft of the motor and the shaft, an inner member connected to the member not connected to the outer member among the output shaft of the motor and the shaft and fitted into the outer member, and isolated balls fitted to a first groove formed in the inner surface of the outer member and a second groove formed in the outer surface of the inner member.
