<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric motor in which the connection system from a coil constituting each phase to an external drive circuit is simplified and the number of components is decreased while achieving weight reduction and compaction. <P>SOLUTION: The electric motor includes a tubular insulator 14a which insulates the coils 13b, 13b of U, V and W phases for rotating a rotor by electromagnetic force and a stator core 13 around which the coil 13b is wound, and a plurality of bus bars 17-19 secured to the insulator 14a and relaying power supply to the coils 13b, 13b constituting respective phases. Ring-like terminals 107-109 being connected not through other connection member but directly with an external drive circuit board 9 for controlling the drive currents of the coils 13b, 13b of respective phases are formed integrally with respective bus bars 17-19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
