PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of recording audio information without requiring a special device, and transferring the recorded audio information to other telephones so that a specific person can listen to the audio information. SOLUTION: The telephone has a setting data storage part 219 for storing identification of a communication device for connecting via an IP network 15, an audio data control part 210 for recording a voice message from the arbitrary telephone connected in response to a termination call in a voice data storage part 208, and a central control part 214 for transferring the recorded voice message recorded in the voice data storage part 208 to the telephone corresponding to a specific IP address of the setting data storage part 219.
