<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated long object which has a small detachment fear of a coating resin layer even if a part of a cross section is provided with a place uncoated with a resin and is capable of being simply produced. <P>SOLUTION: The detachment fear of the coating resin layer 1 can be reduced by inserting a part of the coating resin layer 1 in a draw-off preventing groove 21 even if a part of the cross section is provided with an uncoated part 3 uncoated with the resin, but molding for allowing a molten resin to flow in the draw-off preventing groove 21 can be performed by providing the coating resin layer 1 so as to cover the opening part 211 of the draw-off preventing groove 21 to merely perform coating molding without requiring a complicated mold. Further, since the opening part 211 of the draw-off preventing groove 21 and the end edge 11 of the coating resin layer 1 are provided at different positions and the sink of the resin or the like after molding in the vicinity of the opening part 211 of the draw-off preventing groove 21 becomes hard to become marked, the setting of a condition or the like at the time of molding does not become complicated and production can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
