According to the present invention, provided are a precast permanent form used for the construction of a pier comprising: a body part (100) made of a concrete structure; a weight reducing hole (200) passing through the body part (100) to reduce the weight of a permanent form; and a plurality of expanded spaces (300) which pass through the body part (100) and have a weight reducing hole (200) on the outer side and a construction method for a pier using the same.
