PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting structure by use of a double-sided tape capable of mounting a member such as a lever firmly by preventing occurrence of peeling of the double-sided tape by a simple structure and to provide a heat insulating material retaining structure. SOLUTION: For example, the lever 1 for retaining the heat insulating material is provided with a base part 1a along a mounting face 2a of a substrate 2 in its terminal part, the base part 1a and the mounting face 2a of the substrate 2 are mutually joined by the double-sided tape 5 and are attached to the substrate 2 in an overhung condition, the double-sided tape 5 protrudes upward from between the mounting face 2a of the substrate 2 and the base part 1a of the lever 1, and a protruding part 5a is bent onto a base part 1a side and is stuck to a lever 1 side.
