<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-wrapped parts in which a resin part and a metal member are prevented from creeping during the normal rotation and, when the metal member is locked and abnormally heated, the rotation of the resin part relative to the metal member is allowed. <P>SOLUTION: In this resin-wrapped parts S, the annular resin part 1 is formed integrally with the outer periphery of the annular metal member 2.
