PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head which can accurately discharge a liquid droplet by suppressing variations in discharge speed of the liquid droplet for each nozzle and the discharge amount of the liquid droplet even if the liquid droplets becomes finer, and to provide a liquid droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharge head 22 comprises a nozzle plate 1 which has the nozzle 27 for discharging the liquid droplet, a spacer 3 which has a communication hole 16 communicating with the nozzle 27 and a pressure chamber 4 communicating with the communication hole 16 so as to generate pressure, and a reinforcing member 20 which is arranged between the nozzle plate 1 and the spacer 3.
