PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission method capable of effectively utilizing a frequency band, and reducing deterioration in transmission efficiency caused by interference. SOLUTION: A DFT part 12 converts a conversion digital signal into the spectrum of the frequency band. The usage frequency band notifying part of a receiver notifies a transmitter 1 of a usage frequency band. The deleting part 141 of the transmitter 1 deletes the spectrum of the band other than the usage frequency band after a reshaping part 13 reshapes a spectrum waveform based on a water filling principle. The digital signals of respective data groups concerning the spectrum after deletion by the deleting part 141 are synthesized by a synthesizing part 16, and transmitted from the transmitter 1 to a receiver. The reception side converting part of the receiver converts the digital signals transmitted from a transmitting part into the spectrum of the frequency band.
