摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract an ultrasonic echo signal component which is non-linear or changeable with time. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device 100 is provided with a transmitting signal generator 1 for generating a transmitting signal S(t) and a transmitting signal S(-t) having a waveform in which the signal S(t) is inverted at a time axis with a distance of short time, a transmitting signal memory 2 for storing the transmitting signals S(t) and S(-t), a D/A converter 3, a signal- transmitting amplifier 4, a transmitting/receiving changeover device 5, an ultrasonic probe 6 for transmitting an ultrasonic pulse based on the signals S (t) and S(-t) to the inside of a subject H and receiving an ultrasonic echo signal E, a signal-receiving amplifier 7, an A/D converter 8, a convolver 9 for perform convolution arithmetic operation of respective ultrasonic echo signals E with the transmitting signals S(t) and S(-t) which are the bases of them and for outputting an operational result C of the convolution arithmetic operation, a convolution arithmetic operational result memory 10 for storing the respective results C of the convolution arithmetic operations, and a processing DSP 11 a differential component F of the results for outputting the result F of the respective convolution arithmetic operations.</p>
