The method involves detecting an object (5) that is movable using a video camera (2) in front of a background screen (4), and delivering a video signal that exhibits several pixels of frames. Transparency values of the pixels of the frame are changed, where the transparency values are assigned to the screen, and another video signal is delivered. The latter signal is stored as a video file in a storage device. The stored video file is superimposed as the video signal of the recalled web page, when the web page from a web server is recalled by a computer (12) over a computer network. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a web page that is produced using the method for producing and publishing web pages (2) an arrangement for implementing the method for producing and publishing web pages.
