PEPTIDE-STABILIZED VITAMIN C DERIVATIVE, AND USE THEREOF

A peptide-vitamin C derivative-metal complex is provided to show excellent hair papilla cell growth promoting capability, antioxidative capability and ECM(extra-cellular matrix) expression promoting capability, thereby being used as a composition for improving skin, promoting hair growth or preventing hair loss. A peptide-vitamin C derivative-metal complex is represented by a formula(1). In the formula(1), R1 and R2 are different from each other, and each of R1 and R2 is -OH or a group(1); X is -OC(O)(CH2)mC(O)- or -O(CH2)m'C(O)-, and a group(2) is a peptide where at least one amino acid residue selected from the group consisting of alanine, glycine, lysine, histidine, serine, proline, hydroxyproline, threonine, glutamic acid, methionine, glutamine and arginine is amide-bonded; R is a side branch of the amino acid residue; m is an integer from 3 to 10; m' is an integer from 1 to 20; W is (R3)2PO2 or glucose; R3 is -N(CH3)2, -N(CH2CH3)2, -NHCH2CH2CH3, -NHCH2C6H5, or -OH; M is selected from the group consisting of alkali metals, alkali earth metals and transition metals, wherein the M is bonded to an amine, a carboxyl, a hydroxyl or a phosphate existing in the compound. A composition for preventing skin aging, improving skin wrinkles, skin whitening, promoting hair growth or preventing hair loss comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of the peptide-vitamin C derivative-metal complex and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
