PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable golf putting exercise mat which prevents a putting exercise golf ball from escaping from a mat, and in which the mat is unified with a box for winding the mat in a roll shape and store it. SOLUTION: In the portable golf putting exercise mat, the mat is wound in a roll shape and is stored in the box 20, and the roll is unwound from the box 20 and is used when used. During use, foldable flexible guide walls 40, 50 are formed on both sides of the mat in the longitudinal direction to prevent the golf ball B from escaping to the outside of the mat 30. When the mat is stored in the box, the guide walls 40, 50 are wound in the state making the same plane as the mat by expanding outward from the right and left sides of the mat 30. During use, the walls are erected by folding on the upper face of both sides of the mat in the longitudinal direction in the state released from the box so as to prevent the golf ball from escaping to the outside of the mat.
