PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for achieving access control independently for each partition. SOLUTION: An access permission partition in an information record medium is made different depending on application executed in an information processor such as a recording application, a reproduction application and an external device connection application. An access control part, for example, alters the access information such as a start address according to the application and provides the same to the application. By this configuration, the data to be prevented from wrong erase such as a manual, is set not to be accessed from the recording application.
