PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance slave unit with camera of an interphone device capable of simplifying the installation operation, and to provide a detachment operation of a camera unit. SOLUTION: The rear surface of a front case 2 is provided with a first bearing rib 11 which journals a first axis 10 and a journal part which journals a second axis 12. Then, the journal part comprises a second bearing rib 14, having a U-shaped groove 13 constituted by cutting in from backward in order to support the tip part of the second axis 12 and a holding part 17 provided adjacent to the second bearing rib 14, and the tip part of the second axis 12 is held from the front and the rear by a tilt operating member 16 and the U-shaped groove 13 held by the holding part 17.
