PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator and a compressor having this accumulator, capable of reducing manufacturing cost, by reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: This accumulator 1 has a casing 2, an outlet pipe 5, a baffle 8, a filter 9 and a reinforcing member 10. The casing 2 has an inlet and an outlet for making a compressed medium go in and out. The outlet pipe 5 projects inside the casing 2 from the outlet of the casing 2. The baffle 8 prevents a liquid component of the compressed medium introduced from the inlet of the casing 2 from being directly sucked in the outlet pipe 2. The filter 9 filters the compressed medium introduced from the inlet of the casing 2. The reinforcing member 10 reinforces the casing 2.
