A system for providing a multi-user web browsing environment by using a remote server and a control method thereof are provided to enable a user to perform web browsing of a level like a PC in a device having a lower specification than the PC or low compatibility with the PC by using one web browsing environment server. A user device(200) displays a user interface(210) for viewing a webpage and controlling web browsing. A web browsing environment server(100) generates and manages an independent web browsing environment to each user using the user device by connecting to the user device through the Internet(300) and the mobile network(400), informs the user of a status of the web browsing environment, and transfers a rendered webpage screen to the user device rendering the webpage and executing dynamic contents of the webpage. The web browsing environment server executes an operation requested from the user device in the web browsing environment and supports a plurality of users by saving resources related to performance with controlling the web browsing. The web browsing environment server includes a management database(120) storing and managing information for authenticating the user, and a connector(110) controlling the management database.
