PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building internal environment management system capable of improving a building internal environment including humidity in a structure of a building with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This building internal environment management system 1 is constituted to open and close each of communication ports of a first ventilating portion 51 and second ventilating portions 52, 53 on the basis of the control by a control device 6 to manage the environment inside of the building structure. That is, the control device 6 discriminates a season on the basis of the outside air temperature of a house obtained from a temperature sensor 84, discriminates daytime and nighttime on the basis of the discriminated season and the time obtained from a time acquiring means 64, and controls the operations of the first ventilating portion 51 and the second ventilating portions 52, 53 on the basis of a result of the discrimination, outside humidity of the house obtained from a humidity sensor 82, humidity in the building structure obtained from a humidity sensor 83, and the existence or nonexistence of dew condensation in the building structure obtained from a dew condensation sensor 81.
