PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form compactly even with an increase in the number of circuit elements to be mounted in a flexible wiring material with the circuit elements mounted. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring material 1 has a plate-like base material 50 having flexibility, a plurality of conductors 51a, 51b, 51c, 51d each wired on the front and back surfaces of the base material 50, and an insulating layer 52 covering the conductors. Circuit elements 53a and 53b are individually mounted in the conductors on the front and back surfaces of the base material 50. On one surface of the base material 50, a plurality of output terminal electrodes 42 are provided. The output terminal electrode 42 includes a first terminal electrode 42a formed by partially exposing each conductor 51a wired on one surface side of the base material 50 to the outside and a second terminal electrode 42b formed by exposing each conductor 51b wired on the other surface side of the base material 50 to the outside on one surface side through a through portion 55 formed through the front and back surfaces of the base material 50.
