PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight control device controlling a headlight so that reflected light glare is suppressed only when reflected light causing glare results from the headlight of a vehicle itself. SOLUTION: This headlight control device 100 is provided with: an imaging means 2 imaging the forward direction of the vehicle itself; an own vehicle light/other vehicle light determining means 11 whether or not light in the image imaged by the imaging means 2 results from the headlight 6 of the own vehicle; and a headlight control means 12 for controlling the headlight 6 based on the luminance of the light in the image when the own vehicle light/other vehicle light determining means 11 determines that the light results from the headlight 6. The own vehicle light/other vehicle light determining means 11 determines whether or not the light results from the headlight 6 based on interlocking of a change in the light emitted by the headlight 6 with a change in the light in the image imaged by the imaging means 2 or the position of the light in the image.
