A manufacturing apparatus of a blank for a ring gear is provided to improve productivity efficiently and prevent the generation of safety accidents during the operation by mass-producing the blank for the ring gear easily and promptly at all times in a stable state. A manufacturing apparatus of a blank for a ring gear comprises: a punch tool(30) and a fixing tool(40) spaced from a top part of a frame(10) in a predetermined distance, supported to inner sides of fixing bases(20,22), and installed oppositely to each other; a hydraulic cylinder(60) supported and mounted onto one side of the top part of the frame by a fixing member(70) and operated to cut a workpiece that has been continuously coiled and bent into the form of a spring with a predetermined diameter; a slide guide block(90) which is installed above the frame between the hydraulic cylinder and the punch tool, and through which an end portion of a cylinder rod(62) of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to one end of a joint guide shaft(80); an operating punch(100) which is connected to the other end of the joint guide shaft, which is projected to an inner side of a punch guide installed on an inner part of the punch tool, and which is inserted into the fixing tool while advancing the operating punch to expand an inner diameter of the workpiece by inserting the operating punch into the workpiece when cutting the workpiece; a cutting part(120) including a band type saw blade(110) mounted on top parts of the punch tool and the fixing tool and rotated to cut the workpiece into each ring when the workpiece is chucked into cutout holes formed in top parts of the punch tool, punch guide and fixing tool; and a safety cover(130) made of a transparent body and mounted on the frame to cover the entire top face of the frame.
