<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal warning device that can warn only a user who will use a toll road of the removal of a toll storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: The removal warning device, which is used in an onboard device to warn of removal of a toll storage medium, has a roadside unit position information storage means 12a for storing roadside unit position information representing the position of roadside units, a position information acquisition means 11a for acquiring position information representing the current position of a vehicle, a position information storage means 12b for storing the acquired position information in time series, an approach determination means 11b for determining whether or not the vehicle is approaching any roadside unit according to the plurality of pieces of position information and the roadside unit position information, a removal determination means 11c for determining whether or not the toll storage medium has been removed in response to the determination of approach by the approach determination means 11b, and a removal warning means 11d for warning of the removal in response to the determination of removal of the toll storage medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
