PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic generating device capable of preventing an increase in power consumption and cost when a plurality of speaker apparatuses are configured and preventing an increase the number of wirings. SOLUTION: A speaker driving device supplies power to speaker apparatuses, and information about electric acoustic characteristics or maximum input power for each speaker apparatus from each of the speaker apparatuses to execute characteristic correction or limitation of output value in accordance with the information.
