PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition for extrusion molding excellent in extrusion moldability and frost durability. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition comprises a water-soluble hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, cement and/or gypsum, aggregate, reinforcing fiber and water. In the above cellulose, the substitution degree of a methyl group is 1.6-2.5, the substituted mole number of a hydroxypropyl group is 0.10-0.26, and the molar ratio of the methyl group to the hydroxypropyl group (methyl/hydroxypropyl) is 6.1-17.0.
