WIRELESS MOUSE SYSTEM CONTAINING A FLASH MEMORY

A wireless mouse system including a flash memory is provided to enable an interface device to perform a function of a receiver and the flash memory smoothly by installing a wireless mouse receiver integrated with the flash memory in one interface device. A wireless mouse system includes a wireless mouse(300) and an interface device(200) having a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(210) electrically connected to a USB port(110) of an information terminal(100). The interface device includes a wireless mouse receiver(220) transmitting a wireless signal received from the wireless mouse to the information terminal, a flash memory(230) exchanging data with the information terminal through the USB port, and a main controller(240) controlling operation of the flash memory or the wireless mouse receiver. The main controller includes a repeater/router detecting signal input, a transaction translator controlling a transfer rate of signals received from the repeater/router, a USB interface transferring the signals to the USB port, and a CPU setting the operation of the main controller by using default setting information stored in an EEPROM(Electronically Erasable Programmable ROM). A receiving device controller(224) performs a control operation by receiving a command of an information terminal device(100) through the main controller.
