PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulating sheet that allows a drive coil to be aligned and wound therearound by simply and inexpensively providing a guide groove that corresponds to each drive coil having a different diameter, and an armature having the insulating film. SOLUTION: A drive coil is wound around the magnetic-pole teeth via an insulator and an insulating sheet. The insulator is mounted onto both end faces on the coil end side of the magnetic-pole teeth so as to electrically insulate between the drive coil and the magnetic-pole teeth. The insulating sheet is mounted onto both side faces on the side in a driving direction of the magnetic-pole teeth so as to electrically insulate between the drive coil and the magnetic-pole teeth.
