<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of exhausting impurities inside an anode side gas flow channel, while restraining wasteful exhaustion of fuel gas outside the system. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust valve 14 is connected to a downstream side end part of an anode side gas flow channel of a fuel cell 2. The exhaust valve 14 is provided with an exhaust mode exhausting a faint volume of gas outside the system, in comparison with a consumption volume of fuel gas in the anode side gas flow channel 42. After power generation stop command of the fuel cell 2, an output current value of the fuel cell 2 is increased. Then, at latest by the time of increase of the output current value, the exhaust valve 14 is set at the exhaust mode, and an exhaust flow of the exhaust valve 14 is increased in accordance with the increase of the output current value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
