PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the synergistic effect of motivation to access to a site and motivation to a game in a game machine.

SOLUTION: The service provision system includes: a portable terminal 400 of a player provided with a special access information input means 465 for inputting special access information outputted in the game machine 1 and provided with a connection function to the Internet 119; and a service provision device 116 for providing provision information corresponding to arbitrary access from the portable terminal 400 through the Internet 119 and providing a corresponding prescribed service according to special access based on the special access information. The portable terminal 400 stores arbitrary access information capable of specifying that the arbitrary access is executed on the basis of the execution of the arbitrary access, determines whether or not the arbitrary access information is stored according to the input of the special access information, and executes the special access on condition that it is determined that the arbitrary access information is stored.
