PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential lock judgement device by which on a differential lock or a differential unlock, an on-target judgement can be made in response to running conditions of an automobile without using a differential-lock detection switch. SOLUTION: The differential lock judgement device includes a differential device 1 which can perform a differential lock by an energization control of a solenoid 49 provided between wheels 2, 3 of the automobile, a differential rotation detection circuit 61 to detect the presence or absence of the differential rotation between the wheels 2, 3, and a controller 55 which makes judgement on a differential-lock or a differential unlock of the differential device 1 on the basis of detection signals of the energization control of the solenoid 49, a differential rotation, and a turn running. The controller 55 makes a judgement based on a threshold of differential rotation in accordance with running conditions of the automobile. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
