PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye-attracting beautiful cleansing preparation having sufficient cleansing effect and meeting the recent demands of consumers to desire a beautiful or unique preparation and a cleansing effect exceeding the simple removal of oily cosmetic without using a simple mixture of components in conventional cleansing preparations mostly produced by mixing an oil with a surfactant at various forms. SOLUTION: The cleansing preparation has a three-layer structure consisting of an upper layer composed of a liquid oily component, an intermediate layer composed of a surfactant and a lower layer composed of a water-phase component wherein the adjacent layers of the preparation are colored in different colors.
