PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial explosive having the same handling property as that of an ammonium nitrate-fuel oil (ANFO) explosive, power larger than that of ANFO explosive and water resistance. SOLUTION: The industrial explosive is formed by blending and mixing prill ammonium nitrate with TNT in a blending ratio (ammonium nitrate)/TNT of 78/22 and externally blending 5.0-7.5 wt.% acrylate-based resin or thickening polysaccharides.
